i have spent about 3 hours on it and am still stuck

i've spent about 3 days on it and still haven't got anywhere, (other than screwing it up and chucking it in the bin!) i never seem to find out what the "whats it worth" is either! The good news is NO KAKURO in this weeks pick me up, i hope somebody out there can give us the answer.

My dear Mum (she of first class honours maths degree) spent one hour on this for me, thinks she has cracked it all bar bottom left corner, then threw it back at her dim daughter (me) to finish. Not good so far. For top line has 4, third line has 2, sixth line has 2, last but one line has 6.

Unfortunately, she was disinclined to finish it following the disappointment of her malfunctioning 'Griddler'
