Nah,nothing will beat Comet Kahoutek.That was a spectacular display.Will watch out for Nishimura anyway.Comets nowadays dont give the same value for money as they did years ago.

Nah,if these so-called comets dont start giving us spectacular displays then i am going to stop watching them.Cant we get these comets to crash into the moon or something?We comet watchers demand a bigger bang for our bucks.

Kohoutek didn't live up to its 1973 billing of the "Comet of the Century" and had dimmed to a vague smudge after only a few weeks. much more impressive was Hale-Bopp of early 1997, which was the brightest comet for many decades and was naked-eye visible for about 18 months.
