all im seeing is ...Matilda.. but don't know why x

I haven't worked that one out but for mallyah

the first one in the book titles was Matilda Ma in one corner till in centre and da at bottom.

Heidi?

High D??

great answer ellie ,i was trying to work out the less than and the ~tilde signs x

So is Chileans a typing error?

I'm struggling to see how Heidi is arrived at. I can see the less than sign, but....

Is it defintely just one clue?

I'm not conviced it's right, mallyh

newmodarmy, that's why I have ??? after it!

I know, but mallyh said it was a great answer so maybe I'm missing something obvious

The tilde sign can mean approximately or about but I can't see how that would work either

i presume it's an arrow pointing to the top D( not less than and tildes ) ,so high d  x

Maybe the less than and tilde signs are meant to represent an arrow pointing to the high d?

Snap mally !

blue-yonder, can you please clarify if that is an arrow?

Yes, must be that. For some of these Dingbats you really need to see the actual image

Following on from above  ..  could it be Up to High Doh?

It has to be the name of a children's novel

It's obviously High D (Heidi) - well spotted Elliemay.

I think it probably looks different on the quiz sheet to how it's shown here.

More like Ddddd

with an arrow⬆ pointing to the D

I think the word "Chileans" should  read Childrens.
