Two Outlook Email Accounts And One Has Stopped Working - Help Please!

I have had for last year my normal outlook 365 email account and under it a secondary account same as main one but with.2 in the account - this has been working ok although hardly used but now it will not accept emails or send them (I have done a test both ways and nothing!

It came about as I was trying to use the secondary acct to set up an NHS acct for my wife and I was asked for the code number NHS had sent and it was not there (I checked Junk and not there also)

Was working ok up to recently although rarely used. What has happened please - in simple terms!

Hello everyone - please ignore this as Ihave worked out what to do!

I deleted the secondary email and made another similar address and added this to outlook and it worked.
