For some reason countrylover has died!  It shows her as being active but she's not.  She has spent hours trying to come back.  I hope the team can bury her.    I thought it better to make myself recognisable than be thought of as someone who has more than one name on here!

Can someone Bury her.  Its also taken her hours to come back as a ghost and haunt the site!

More importantly - when's the wake and who's paying for it.

I can't think of any reason not to leave CL as active, really.  She might well be risen in time for Easter Sunday

OldLottie 18.27  So-so.  Bit down.  NHS just doesn't make the links work does it? I went for a 'Pre-op assessment' at Brid. All lovely people, but they just repeated in greater depth the questions & tests I'd done earlier with the surgeon.  They had no idea that I was  not a standard 'worn-out hip' and was being treated as urgent.

I had hoped to be given a date.  I was given a carrier bag with lots and lots of advice leaflets and forms which I had to fill in as and when - and sm. bottles of carbohydrate drinks which I have to take the day before the op. -- when I get a date that is.

Hip hurts more and more and pain now affects muscles down the whole leg. Ah well, c'est  la vie.  Falling behind the French approach so far...... I thought they had a lot of paperwork, but this is worse!

Anyway, your miraculous revival from the dead needs celebrating whatever personal circumstances are.😁
