Should We Be Taking Nuclear Threats More...
News1 min ago
Good evening, everyone.
It's been a very sad week for me, as I've spent much of it searching for my beloved Tablo, whom I've not seen since last Saturday evening. I've done all of the usual things, such as leafletting all of the houses around, posting on lots of Facebook groups, checking with the vets' surgery etc, as well as spending hours walking around the streets and calling her name, but all to no avail. I still hope that she'll turn up one day soon but I'm now very much doubting it, alas :(
I'll use concentrating on looking for Tablo as a (rather poor) excuse for my not-so-brilliant score of just THREE out of seven in the main quiz this week:

Somehow or other though, I managed to achieve a maximum FIVE out of five in the junior quiz!

Your turn!

(. . . and thanks for your kind thoughts)
Ruddy 'eck! I've matched Lie-in King's aggregate this week! That's certainly a rarity!
(Thank you too for your kind thoughts, LiK)
Arky's on the same aggregate too, I see! Well done!
Patsy, Sam & Moorea7 seem to be forming their own little (2 + 3) club this week!
Thanks to all who've posted their best wishes for Tablo's speedy return. (No, she's not chipped, LB, but if anyone takes her into one of the local vets' surgeries to see if she is, she's on their database of missing pets).
LB:
Tablo and her two brothers all celebrated their 10th birthdays on Valentine's Day.
Thanks for your good wishes for Tablo, Barry.
Thank you too, Susan. I keep asking Moonbeam and Chequers to find Tablo for me but all they seem to want to do at the moment is to cuddle up with me (which, at least, is rather nice!)
Thanks for allowing me to beat you this week, Haras2! I hope that you're gradually getting over the loss of Che. I'll keep hoping that Tablo will come throug the cat flap any day soon.
Well done on joining our elite little group, at the top of the table so far, with an aggregate of 8, Karamia!
Thanks for your kind words about my darling Tablo. It's hard to sleep without her curled up on my shoulder. (Mind you. having her curled up on my shoulder made it hard to sleep anyway!). I'll keep hoping for her safe return.
