Can I walk and how far is it from Central Station Amsterdam to the Dam Square Inn?

Amsterdam has a very compact city centre.  It's fairly easy to walk to almost anywhere within it.  The route from Amsterdam Centraal to the DamSquare Inn is really easy:

(Just walk along Westtunnel until you come to Zoutsteeg on your right.  Turn onto it, which then quickly becomes Gravenstraat. The hotel is just a very short distance along, on your right)
