I am completely stuck on the following questions

59 Rent eastern test from twisted casinos (7,6) I know this has been asked before on here and I know the second word is street and the first word is an anagram of casinos but I can't for the life of me work out what the word is.

81 Pelt Ford to succeed in Swiss mountains - I know the second word is Pass - can't work out what the first word is

87 Irish father gets to roar around with card hood on Asian island (7,4)

88 100 to leave chop around by no small hospital - or back to small commercial in Thailand - I believe the last 2 words are San Road - the only road I can find ending that was is Khao San Road but can see how that works with the clue. If 100 leaves chop - that leaves hop.

90 Real waste, ET, around South Africa (4,6) I am thinking that it's an anagram of R waste ET and SA - think the last word could be street but struggling with the first word 

I hope you can see that I'm not just asking for help without really trying with all these clues. If you do know the answer to any of these questions please can you let me know how you got there so I can see how each clue fits? Thank you

For 88: I think chop is hack ; take away c for 100, then reorder to kha; o for no and San for sanatorium.

Could you explain to me how you come to the answer Orchard Road please - I can see that it's nearly an anagram of roar, card and hood but not quite and where does the Irish father bit come in? Thank you
