how very fair minded of you Can-air'

giving advice and having it taken are two VERY different things.

Barmaid and I mused about ten or fifteen years ago that we never got a result - " I applied under that act damn you and lost the whole lot!" - because they hadnt. It later dawned on us that no one took the advice.

I'm fairly certain you can't be held complicit (in criminal or civil law).

from the thread - yes correct

Duty to report in criminal law is really only stabbing explosives and terrorism

rest quietly

civil law, no you dont owe a duty to anyone so you cant be in breach of it to anyone

go on resting quietly

10/10 for reading and thinking about what you have written tho' One of the reasons why I read you r posts, often more than once !
