4. Where (place and county) in the UK is the quirky garden made on a flat expanse of shingle, mixed with shells, driftwood, pieces of metal and found objects and planted with indigenous species of plants?

4. This is the late film director Derek Jarman's garden at Dungeness Kent.

Just realised I know 3. as well. This is Barnsley House the garden was created by the late Rosemary Verey.The house is now operating as a hotel.
