gen2 ..... I think that sounds pretty good, but do you think it is could be milk instead of mice ?

CNB Sorry for the delay, I went for some food. Definitely not milk. I made a guess what it would start with and googled for the following exact phrase:

"He who lives with cats"

Every hit quotes the phrase I gave with 'mice'

The bad news though, there were only 4 hits !

It fits the letters you have exactly, so I feel it must be the correct answer.
