Latin phrase literally meaning "to this" (2,3)

I have A?-HO? I though Ad-Hoc but it doesn't seem to match the actual definition of "to this" when I look it up.

Thanks in Advance.

Although the phrase is not used in that context, the meaning comes from the Latin for "to this".
I was always taught that ad-hoc meant to this particular purpose.

So for me it fits Pam
Ad hoc does mean 'to this'. and implies 'for this purpose', as in an 'ad hoc committee', which is one formed for one specific reason.
Oh dear, oh dear...lots of synchrography there, I'm afraid!
