twopence and the magic cabinet

When I was little I had a book called twopence and the magic cabinet. It was very big (or I was very small) and said something about the line between laughter and tears and had a poem about two spiders called wiberful weberful wonderful day, We are the spiders and we'd like to say, If you don't like us and think we're not nice, keep out of our clutches thats - something - advice. Actually sounds a bit scary, maybe it wasn't a childrens book.
