Never really enjoyed The Searchers very much, though I don't doubt it's good. No doubt I'll think of others once I've submitted this.

What, no Magnificent Seven? No True Grit?

I take my hat off to Josey Wales, shoulda included it. No True Grit or High Noon though. Did enjoy True Grit though, but didnt make it. High Noon was never my cup of tea as a western.

Any number of examples
i have to say that once upon a time in the west is easily the best, sergio leone is a genius, but butch cassiday and the sundance kid is very good
I would say "The Magnificent Seven", purley for the great theme tune!!
