I found the broom too - behind the cupboard but can't reach it. Can't connect the broken phone line either. Where's the remote then?!

Got the remote, the battery to put ionto it, plugged in the telly, got the coin, filled the cup with black stuff, can't reach the broom

What battery? I have the cup,remote and coin.Can't reach the broom.Plugged in the telly,can't repair the phone and the black stuff won't go into the cup.Anyone know what to do with the box on the shelf?

Battery's on the shelf - I put it in the remote but it still says the remote's not working. How infuriating is this?!

Look at the dial on the small chest. Click the white slot. It says, "it's empty." Click again, it says, "it's still empty. After the 3rd or 4th click, the white slot fills in, with what looks like an elemental symbol (water ?). The text underneath says "Elemental Lock v.1.0"

The red, blue and brown slots seem to stay empty, and the chest is still locked.

JerryB is correct. You need the 4 elements to unlock the small chest.

now i have the cup the coin the remote control with battery in ,i can see the broom but can't reach it ,or reach the plant to get a leaf off it ,please more clues!!!!

Glenis, it�s all about clicking!! Click on the left overhanging leaf at the front of the plant pot��..you get the leaf. Click on the break in the �phone line(pop up window appears)��click on the leaf in the inventory and then click on the break in the pop up window to glue it together. Now off you go!!

jon1968, done all that but my mouse hand is stiffening up. FRUSTRATION!. Does it matter if you put the leaf before the coin or vice versa? I can take the coin back but not the leaf. Help!
