body composition analyzer

<PRE>I've just used one of those weight/body mass analyzers but not too sure on a couple of the readings I got from the print out. Does anyone know what the following are: BMR, FFM, TBW Thanks</PRE>

FFM contains water, bone, organs, connective tissues and body muscles. FFM is inversely proportional to the body fat, so when your FFM increases body fat will decrease.
TBW- TBW Means total body water, it is the total amount of water in a body. It is calculated in pounds when tested. TBW is used to determine hydration in the body.
BMR- BMR means the Basal metabolic rate, it is the amount of energy (calories) that your body use up in a 24-hour time cycle, just to keep you alive.
