This is from qwizard and they're all bacwards abbreviations for streets, which is the answer
Not sure what a dingbat is but the clue is a palindrome - or back to front or barking up the wrong alley ... etc.

The idea with a dingbat is to find a well-used phrase that fits the symbols. For example, SEMITPEN could represent the TIMES (newspaper) reversed + PEN (writing instrument). All together we have PAPERBACK WRITER.

In this case, paperback I would suggest as your solution: TWO-WAY STREETS!?

Or maybe back streets?

Problem is, homeresque, that the dingbat appears to be of the form:

dr eva yell a or alley ave rd

If it had been just dr eva yella then I would agree with "back streets". Perhaps, it's simply "one-way streets"? (That is, reading one or the other part of the dingbat)
