most people I know are stuck on this one, but sure it is partly an anagram. I noticed some time ago that someone had got it, but decided it was far too early to help with answers. A good point as we have until end of May (although i confess I looked at this to see if a clue had been posted!)

Luke a mate I went off...should in x word parlance be an anagram of ..luke a mate I..but with 4,7,8 - doesn't fit.or could be from..luke a mate I went off ..again 17 letters doesn't fit. Why transportation why not transport?? Luke cold be L.

Do you think this might have a biblical connection? i.e. from St. Luke's Gospel - mass transportation could be something to do with the Gadarene Swine......or have I lost the plot?!!

Look at the repsonses given for Sue earlier on the site.

"Luke a mate I" is an anagram of a singer and it is the title of one of her songs.
