The note women clue needs to be two words. I am playing about with ???? Amis but this might not br right but I do have ami? in already.

I think it is dictaphone. Unpenned is OPEN Caught CT and I can't get from Dept (department) to the remaining DIAH

University teachers clue..."nautic". NIC is the code for Nicaragua and AUT stands for Association of University Teachers. Nautic means to do with the sea and ships...ie craft.
