Have read all hints relating to insect and tank and not human royalty but could become monarch in natural sense. Can only come up with some sort of butterfly eg swallowtail fits.

Back again Fibonacci.

Have found the pages you suggested and trawled thru' all even the ambiguous uses of the word truck. Can't see any connection with the clue other than the word truck. Any words connected to truck come up with less letters than the 12 needed.
