robert crais novels to films

see if any of the Elvis Cole series of novels were made into a film which 1 would you want it to be and which actors would you choose to play Elvis and Joe??

I've often thought about this and nobody comes up to scratch, not for Elvis or Joe. What about you, what do you think. The best book would be the one about his girlfriends son getting kidnapped, that was my favorite but can't remember what its called.

Difficult as Crais doesn't really give a good description of Elvis but John Cusack would be cool enough. Thirty years ago Clint Eastwood would have been a great Joe.

i like the 1st book best so i think that 1 would make a good movie
i cant think of anyone either to play elvis or joe,whoever plays joe would probably need to wear contacts to get their eyes the right colour lol
