Dear crofter...sorry for the delay...I forgot all about the threads thing...hope you are keeping well

My sushi was served with a ...well it looked like a black pepper crust. Funny that, I don't remember black pepper being in the recipe ! I wonder if the Queen would like to try my crusted sushi...That would be some birthday meal wouldn't it ...perhaps not.

wendyl loved your ode, you're getting quite a reputation for it !

Now what shall be on the menu next week, I wonder, no contest....Steak Tartare methinks. Surely I can't go wrong with this one.I'll probably use extra virgin olive oil in the pan, a far superior taste on the palate don't you think crofter. I will let you know how it goes !!!
