Thanks again, have got that one now, can I just check that 24a is Footsie & 27a is Rhaetian & are both correct before I go any further please.

My French was pretty dodgy at school & is now virtually non-existant so 30d would help & a clue for 19a likewise - I think the middle word is 'of' but that doesn't take rocket science to work out - all help much appreciated
You are correct on Footsie and Rhaetian.
30D is Enfant gate
Hard to give a clue for 19D ....
