when i was 9 i remember a substitue teacher coming in and in the afternoon she read us a fairytale called hop skip and jump (or that was the 3 characters names?)

has anyone heard of this story?

how do i find a poem with just the authors name?

It could be from Enid Blyton's "A Book of Brownies".

Synopsis - Three brownies, Hop, Skip and Jump, set out to rescue the Princess from Witch Green-eyes, and get mixed up in all sorts of adventures.

i'm not sure if thats it but looking at the front cover im 90% sure it is! i need to find a site where i can read a bit of it. or im going to have to try amazon or something! thanks alot tho, i've thought about that since being a kid and i'm 26 now!
