How about FOULRIDGE, which is in lancashire, not far from my town.

Thanks for that, but the answer has 7 letters.
Sorry Ternigapp, missed the number of letters.Back to the drawing board.

This is called scraping the bottom of the barrel!!

How about Telford? A Tor is a hill and as it's been split up, you've 'spoilt' it.

Question Author

Not too sure FoxLee, I really stuck on this one. I had wondered if it was an anagram of 'the hill'. I think I'll get the map book out again this morning and its a thought if I can't come up with anything else.

Thanks a lot

Braemar !
P.S. Ternigapp - I am still tussling with 'quiz for 22 perhaps, maybe more'. What were the words used in clue 22 giving Bucking Bronco ?
Question Author

Dinkypuzzled - you're a star. That one had me really stumped and I'll be glad to put it in the post!

The closing date for Toys & Games quiz is 15 June so I've made a guess and put 'Catchup' - Catch (from catch 22) and Up as in perhaps more. I'm not convinced but couldn't think of anything else, I'll let you know when the answers come out.

Thanks for all the time and trouble that you've taken.
