Statutory Demand - Can i serve it myself?
An 'employer' (I'm self employed) has reneged on his word, can I serve a Stat Demand so as to speed up his payment?
The amount is arguably 8255 but unarguable 5255.
Given that I can convene a meeting on Thursday, if he doesn't pay me, can I personlly just hand him the Stat Demand and deem it served or do I need an independent server, if so, what sort of server?
Help most welcome, please.

Any further help most welcome, not being critical, just confused!
