does anyone know how to get seeds from friut and veg so they can be grown ?

There are different methods for different plants, which did you have in mind,

well if u tell me both friuts and vegtables that would be nice i am espically intrested in tomatoes, bell peppers,cucumber and strawberries

Tomato seeds you just take from ripe tomato and wash of the jelly surrounding them dry on kitchen towel and plant. Usual to plant in May, just plant bell peppers same time, I have never tried cucumber, but why not just wash them and give them a go, strawberries are usually grown from runners (small plantlets) that grow from the mother plant, have never heard of anyone trying seed. Tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers all do better in a greenhouse if you have one. Hope this helps.

Quite a few fruit and vegetables are F1 hybrid varieties and will not come true to type if grown from home saved seeds.
