Budding Music Journalists Wanted

Hi Guys,
For the past few months I've been involved in setting up a new music website, Twisted Ear, and we've just launched. We are now looking for contributors to come on board and give it a final push.
We have four main sections at the moment - album reviews, "buried treasure" album reviews (older records or those that slipped off the critical radar), feature articles and live reviews. We've also got a forum and some interactivity so that users can comment on reviews, register on the website if they wish, and so on. In future we'll be looking at newsletters, podcasting and - in the more distant future - encompassing films and literature into the website, too.
We're trying to be as broad as possible - we don't just want to write about the music we like - to give the website a credible spread of artists (we have so far covered Neil Young, the Flaming Lips, the Fiery Furnaces, Hot Chip, Boards Of Canada, the Charlatans, the Zutons, the Vines, Pink, Secret Machines, Calexico and Gnarls Barkley amongst others.) We already have a database of PR contacts and whilst we cannot pay contributors, we can offer free CDs and gig tickets and the chance to build your own network of contacts, contributing directly to the site via a content management system. As a contributor your experience working for Twisted Ear will also provide you with an invaluable and credible addition to your CV or portfolio.
If you're interested in getting involved, please drop me a line to [email protected] with some samples of your writing.
Feel free to have a look at the site as it stands:

Thanks,
Mark
