Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Which Disney character fits the following clue:

Burnt the tarts

I know King Alfred burnt the tarts, but as far as I know there is no Disney character called Alfred, and although the Queen of Hearts made some tarts and the Knave of Hearts stole them, I don't think they were burnt. Any ideas fellow quizzers.

An answer on this site dated 15 July suggests Thumper. I have not been able to confirm.

Thumper was for the boxers wife question. There have been no suggestions for the tarts one

ageing fast

That seems to be the answer to a different question - What a boxer shouldn't do to his wife

I've a feeling it is. I sold this quiz for him and emailed him a couple of weeks ago to ask but got no reply.

I know it can happen, in fact it did with one I set a few years ago for Children in Need. I ended up putting the same question in twice, it was interesting to see that most people were trying to give an alternative answer for the repeated question instead of just the same one !!
