Spoof German words

I remember I had a list a few years ago of spoof German words,with their English transalation alongside them. You know,whereas an English word might have only five letters,its German equivalent has about twenty. Does anyone recall such seeing a list?

As children in Scotland, more than half a century ago, we used to call a handkerchief a "schnotterdichter". In Scots dialect, to dicht means to wipe...the rest I'm sure you can work out for yourself!
