six mile bottom sounds OK.

Some less likely candidates are Mile End, Fatfield, Bottoms, Plump Hill and Great Plumpton.

hi again , thinking a bit more about Q. 8 , with it having "Certainly ! " at the end of the clue I think it might be a place ending in Shore or even Shaw = sounding like sure= certainly . Will think about it while I go for the paper . Let me know if you get it please . Thanks
