does anyone know what the kids tv programme was were sum kids had to collect diamond like things and put them into something it was on every week i think in the late eightes early nineties it was a bit of a wierd programme channel 3 i think they had to do tasks to get the diamond things,at the end they would travel somewhere else i think its very vague i was young xxx

Sounds abit like "the crystal maze" but that was mostly adults doing it. They had to do puzzles or tasks to get the crystals and the more crystals you got the more time you got in the dome at the end where they had to catch gold bits of paper when it was being blown around. They had different zones like industrial and ship and things like that where the challenges were.

Could it be "knightmare" that was a kids tv adventure prog. it was on itv. It has also been re run on the challenge channel on sky which re runs old quiz tv....hope this is what you are looking for x

I used to watch Knightmare on tv in the '80s where a group of 3 kids had to work out answers, pick up food/weapon and find their way to another level. (Talking walls etc.) One kid would wear a helmet and the other 2 had to give directions and solve clues. It was v good for it's time - prob a forerunner of all comp games today!

Definately sounds like'The Crystal Maze'
Cant remenber the name of the programme with T-Bag but she was always after some blonde girl and her silver spoons!!

Ps: did anyone else have a weird crush on the guy from the Crystal Maze ( Richard O'Brien)?? Nope?? Just me then.....
