swapping frogs

i have this puzzle thing where there are three frogs facing one way and three frogs facing the other way and there's one space between them. and u have to move the three on the left to the right side and the three on the right to the left side, by leap frogging them. i have no idea how to do it. does anyone know what i'm on about? and do they know how to solve it?

If its the same puzzle you change positions by using a mixture of jumps over a frog to a vacant lily pad or slide to a vacant neighboriing lily pad.
The solution for 3 of each starts: slide, jump, slide, jump, jump, slide.
You should now have the frogs intermixed with a vacant lily-pad at one end.
The total number of moves required is 15 (9 jumps & 6 sldies)
