Thanks Kayakamina, yes I have been away (not literally) recently.... still job hunting but august is not a good time to be looking plus 2 I've applied for have interviews in late Aug when I am away (for real).... so keeping looking. Never mind! How are things with you? any hols on the horizon?

Lovely! We have been to Italy last 2 yrs so having a change this yr but I am off to Roma in Settembre with a friend who I am learning Italian with on Saturday mornings. Jst finished yr 1 (altho' I did know a bit before I started) and prob. will do yr 2 in September.

I found the Times cryptic extremely diff. yesterday - did you finish? I have been doing so well recently, even finished a couple of the championship entries but don't think I am up to it timewise... have you ever entered?
