Banned

I have just been looking through my history of questions asked and noticed that one is banned. It 's an everyday crossword question so why would it be banned ?

there may have been a "forbidden" word lurking in your post Billy! Can you give us a clue as to what the question was? some of us my be able to guess why it happened.

Here it is and apart from getting etc mixed up I can't see the problem. Unless, that is, some warped people would try to make something out of TONSORIAL.

For 26a Concerning haircuts I have; Tonsorial and for 27a; Difficulty of controlling one new stretch of land needs skill I have Intractability. Trouble is 24d Songs tec by one artiste I have the letters ?o?i, surely it's solo.
Can you help ?

I recently noticed that one of my answers had been removed. As I have contributed over 3000 answers I could not understand how and why one had been selected in this way.
I contacted the Editor and was advised it was not practical to search all my answers to establish the reason for removal , but in all probability it was someone else's answer on the same thread which was deemed undesirable and the question and all the answers were removed.

I think your answer there is soli - plural of solo - but I can't see why the question was banned! Good luck :o)

Most likely reason is that the question was posted twice then one banned/deleted which is why it also still appears on the thread.
