I think this should really be posted in Sports section (Football)

There are qualifying groups for the European Football Championships in 2008.
So find out which countries arei in qualifying group B

To Fibonacci,
Now you mention it sport would have been a better place. But thank you very much for your help.
Mancunian, there's a bit missed out of the question. It should read 'b) in Group E for the European Championships in 2008'.

The only question now is whether the whole question is asking for all the teams in Group B etc and all the teams in Group E etc, or whether it is asking only for the teams that are in both of the groups. I think it could be interpreted either way and the amount of space left for the answers can't always be taken as a guide.

I'm finding several of the questions difficult to interpret eg one question asks for the first major guest celebrity on the Muppets Show. It depends how the compiler is defining 'major'. OK, that's my moan over (for now anyway).

I agree entirely with what you say some of the questions are very ambiguous. Just gone with what I think, proberly very wide of the mark. Will be very interesting to get the answers back.
I've put James Earl Jones for the first major guest on the muppets.
Thanks for sharing your answer Mancunian. You're probably right but I think I'll either go for the first guest star (Juliet Prowse) or Rudolf Nureyev.

As you say, getting the answers back will be interesting. At least I know in advance that I'm not going to win anything and it's certainly passed some hours.

I certainly won't be the winner either, but as you say spent many hours looking and increasing knowledge. Good luck anyway.
