Many thanks to everyone, could never have done it on our own.
I did not open the paper until 2pm and then I was at work on high till 10pm when I came home, so couldnt thank you all before.
I still cant believe it, the downer being we have got a nasty letter from NPower, no bill to justify, to say we owe then �1,032., which has stunned us, but we will have to pay eventually and the �200 winnings will have to go towards it.
Once again, you are all great.

hi dee sa, congratulations on your win.......and as someone who used to work for npower before i saw the error of my ways, it could just be a fault with your readings of the meter they do lots of estimated readings and sometimes they can be way out so get them read, and ask for a rebill, and also ask to speak to a supervisor as the call centre people are not always as trained as they should be. hope this is of use , but if bill is true they wil also let you pay it off in stages, best of luck i hope it continues ..

Congratulations! It's lovely to hear of someone winning a prize. There's always something to spoil a nice surprise though isn't there? I'd be checking and double checking that that bill is right before paying them a penny.

Having spoken to a bailiff for N Power, It seems they are prone to billing you twice over, and even after paying some you`re still billed as if you hadn`t. Complain, complain, complain but only to a supervisor.
