Childrens Film based on Dreamland at Xmas Time

When I was younger my sister and I used to hire this movie out, it was so long ago and we can't remember the name of it. Can anyone help?
It was based on a little girl prob about 10 years old. She falls out the back of a open style jeep on xmas eve. Its a snowy and wintery night, I think they are going to collect her sister from her job. She goes unconscious and falls into a dreamland. Where there is baddies the gobblins who stay in a bowling ball. The dream was all based on Xmas, where there is a santa etc. Its all a bit far fetched but as a child I loved this movie. The end of the movie is where the little girl gains conciousness and awakes on the sofa with all her family around her and its xmas. It could be called something like toyland? Can anyone help?
