Just finished todays puzzle but not too happy with 4 down.
Clue is "Relating to the point in the orbit of a satellite where it is furthest from the Earth (7)."
Surely the answer should be apogee, but it doesn't fit, so I have put apogean. I don't think this is entirely accurate but it fits perfectly. Has anyone got a view on this?

apogeal / apogean / apogeic. Take your pick!

I think the Telegraph does this on purpose, but it is very annoying.
I have gone for apogean

Thanks for your views kettledrum, perhaps I'll toss a coin for the answer, although I don't think any of them completely fit the clue!

Thanks also london_lassy, .......... we are in accord.
`Apogean` is the adjective - ties in with `relating to`
As boaw says, the clue does not ask for the point itself but for 'relating to the point' - apogeal or apogean being perfectly acceptable alternatives -

apogee
n the point in the orbit of a heavenly body or an artificial satellite when it is furthest from the earth, opp to perigee; highest point; culmination; the sun's greatest meridional altitude.
[Gr apogaion, from apo from, and gaia or ge the earth]
apogaeic , apogeal or apogean adj. (Chambers)
