Dee Sa instead of using google have you tried
http://www.onelook.com/
you can put in the letter that you know and use a ? for the ones you do not if there are too many options given you can put a word from the clue in at the bottom to narrow the search
save you reading lots of rubbish on google that is of no use

I got interlocutory from Chambers Word Wizard at http://www.chambersharrap.co.uk/chambers/wordg ames/word_wizards/wwizards.py/main

It does anagrams as well and scrabble suggestions too (if that is your bag.)
