Don't know about Spanish butter suppliers, but there are a couple of websites with great recipe sections on them:

Jane - you could call one of these restaurants and ask them where they buy theirs or just order some from the link I sent you in my first post until you find some closer to home.
La Rueda, 642 Kings Road, London SW6 2DP (Tel: 020 7384 2684 / 736 5486). Spanish bar/restaurant and highly frequented by Spanish ex-pats in London. Very lively atmosphere. Delicious food and I strongly recommend the Paella. The doors close at about 11:00pm so make sure you arrive before then. Word of Warning though: Don't go to the Wigmore street branch which is much more staid and less energetic.
CAMBIO DE TERCIO
163 Old Brompton Road, SW5
(020 7244 8970)
Owner Abel Lusa celebrated 10 years of running his successful restaurant this summer with a fiesta of drinks, tapas and flamenco. Opening a fine Spanish restaurant long before Iberian food became all the rage in London was a terrific achievement. A constant stream of talented young chefs from Madrid has kept the cooking away from holiday paella clichs, and there is an impressive wine list of sherries and more than 300 Spanish wines. The loyal clientele comprise both well-heeled Spanish ex-pats and South Ken locals. On the other side of the street, at 174 Old Brompton Road, is Lusas lively tapas bar and food shop, Tendido Cero (020 7370 3685); it has no licence, so bring A la carte at Cambio de Tercio, 90 for two.

Picasso: Good Spanish Food
Picasso (Spanish restaurant) -
Reading
Restaurant Name: Picasso
Reading has a thriving Spanish scene (that is to say there are quite a few Spanish ex-pats living in the area). This is their preferred choice when going out to have several portions of Tapas (small dishes of food to share between several people whilst drinking - the idea being you try many different types of food).
The Restaurant is quite small and cosy, and can be found right next to Caversham Bridge on the Caversham side of the river. You may want to book ahead.
Favorite Dish: Garlic Mushrooms, Stuffed peppers.
Prices: US$11-20 Currency Converter
Phone: 0118 948 4141
Address: 6 Bridge Street, Caversham, Reading, Berkshire, RG
La Tasca: If you like authentic Spanish Food...
Restaurant Name: La Tasca
If you like authentic Spanish Food, then don't go to La Tasca in the town centre. I went with a large group, and whilst the people that didn't know what to expect thought the food was OK, the rest of us who did, found the food very disappointing.
If you still feel like eating there, La Tasca can be found just up from Saint Marys Butts church on the same side of the road.
If you want nicer Spanish food, try Picassos (see separate tip).
Favorite Dish: None of it really!
Price is enormously variable as you just order lots of tapas dishes, and the more you order the more it costs.
