we're going to have food waste boxes for collection, does anybody think that this is a good idea

Food waste? Like kitchen scraps and left over dinners? Collection by who and what for???

by the council recycling people, as for what boo, i've no idea....the tea table, maybe, mcdonalds, who knows

How often they going to collect?Hopefully more than once a month,like our can/glass/garden recycle bins.

I think its a great idea the bins get collected every week along with paper bottles etc

Me too, they do it in parts of Bristol. Many people compost their own food waste ,as I do but it's a good idea to encourage more recycling don't you think.Then it aint wasted like most of our rubbish.The bins have got lids by the way.
