Gym Fittness
3 Answers
I go to the gym regularly, you can tell I have lost weight because I am a smaller size in clothes, however why weight stays the same, I think this is due to muscle building, I don't mind building muscle but how can I still do this and get my weight down further?

Muscle mass weighs heavier than the fat you have lost and so it might be an idea to lessen the exercise intensity and weights and go for longer rather than lifting the heaviest weights you can i.e. do more repetitions and sets of a lower weight rather than higher weights and lower reps and sets.
I was wondering how you calculated a weight to get down to? IF this is based upon the BMI then it doesnt take into account musle to fat ratio and therefore those with more muscle would inadvertantly be classed as overweight due to the BMI's lack of accuracy, rather than them being actually overweight
