Internet Connection Problems

I have had Broadband with Tesco for about a year. I've had no problems up until the last couple of weeks. I can be connected for ages and it is fine, but other times it will just disconnect itself 'out of the blue' so to speak. This can happen at any time, and can happen several times in a short space of time (eg. I have had to reconnect at least 8-10 times in the last hour or so, and is now disconnecting every couple of minutes). It will usually connect again shortly after, but in between says 'No Dial Tone'. I have contacted Tesco, and have checked the phone lines, filters etc as they have said, but it still happens. I have also checked that it is not set to disconnect if idle for a certain length of time. Has anyone got any ideas as to why it might be doing this?
