What sort of business do you think i could set up with a partner for a low capital outlay starting part time ?

I know its not that easy but has anyone any ideas?

That's actually an excellent idea from barnicle bill as I run several escort agencies, cheap and easy to set up and very lucrative. Also if you have any knowledge of vehicles you could trade those up very quickly, there are endless drop shippers that will mail direct to your customers any and every sort of item, so you could ebay, or you could run premium phone numbers. There are endless consultancies required, and I'm personally just considering venturing into Estate Agency in conjunction with my property developement ( as if I could sink no lower)Lol.
You need to let us know what your fields of expertise are if any, also your own personal ethics. Are you heavy risk takers or do you want something slower but more sure fire. We don't have a lot to go on.
