Chinese / Scottish food ideas

I wonder if anyone can help? I'm doing some studying for college assessment and i need to produce a food menu incorporating Scottish food in a Chinese theme, like haggis rapped in something Chinese or ..... Does anyone have any idea's i can use? Thanks in advance x

How about Larne sausage and cashew nut, with rice.

How about making little balls of haggis, coating them in batter and deep frying the wee beasties. Then put the little battered balls into some sweet and sour sauce.

How about some scottish salmon/beef (Aberdeen Angus steak)/ lobster teppanyaki.

Smoked fish such as haddock or herring with noodles such as chow mein or special egg fried rice.

Scottish shrimp tempura.

Black pudding with a chinese sauce.

Some dim sum/dumplings with scottish fillings, mini haggis, meallie puddings etc...

Stirfry with scottish ingrediants eg shrimp or beef and scottish veg.

A dessert with lychees or pineapple fritters and scottish whisky cream or icecream, maybe with Drambuie.

Tayberries could also be used in a chinese way.
