That Said ... This is a plea for more interaction betweeen ABEd and ABers:

Accepting that AB saw an Original Good Commercial / Business Reason behind having more Categories and Sub-Categories: -

So, Sub-Categories are here to stay ..... most ABers seem to acknowledge this, IF the numbers of and, logic behind, the division of Topics into Categories / Sub-Categories is practical for ABers: -

Maybe there are some 'popular' amendments to make -

If the heading can be posted to, then people will post to it (it is easier to post to a heading than to go to a Sub-Category) Consider stopping the option of being able to post to the Category Heading {This would not apply where a Category had no Sub-Categories}

Respect the voluminous comment from ABers using certain Categories a great deal, and therefore with experience that should not be ignored ....

There is a 'crash' (of ABers) for Change to the Sub-Categories of Q&P Food & Drink

ABers are asking for a Re-Think on certain Categories and their Sub-Categories -

Adverts (surely adverts are a form of media?);

Media / News categories ((confusing Sub-Categories and 'overlapping')

Body& Soul / Family (confusing Sub-Catgories and 'overlapping')

ABers are asking for clarification on Where to post -

Planet Earth / Geology / Geography

Universe / Astronomy / Space Exploration

Astrology (Body& Soul?)
