Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Thank you for the reply KM, on this occassion the explanation was really needed. Usually with a bit of thought I can get there but this time no, I never would have so thank you, thank you!

About the Times MM - many newpapers offer subscriptions but the Times is way the best value as you can submit online and get many crosswords. Times, Mephisto, Jumbo, Jumbo 2 & Club Monthly are the ones I do but there are more. So you save on stamps and envelopes, get the crosswords when you want (I would need to drive 10 miles and not before 10am so you can see why that appeals to me) but also if you don't want all of the paper to read you save on paper recycling and it is cheaper over the year. I think the Mephisto needs printed off and posted but the others are online submittable.
