I noticed as I put the cuttings in the bin that my husband's name was among the winners. I always do them in his name for luck.
I wasn't sure what I'd one because it seemed to be amongst the also rans. Any way prize arrived today - a book of Telegraph crosswords - it will be good practice.
Pleased to have won something but it is the story of my life - always the bridesmaid - never the bride.
I came second in a Morrison's Chinese New Year competition once . 1st prize 2 weeks in China - second prize a wok, I even won spot the ball in the Telegraph & Argus. 18500. Only trouble was you had to win it on your own or you shared 250.00. An OAP won it with me and we got 125 each - then he got another 5.00 for being an OAP. C'est la vie
