Thanks for your answers, but I think the Salmon is too obvious, as the chap who sets these riddles is very devious in his thinking
I also thought Bear, Greyhound, Hare, Salmon,could refer to male or female but Bull and Stag are both Male
However when I get the answer I will let you know

Trouble with these odd one out's is that you can make a case out for any of them if you look hard enough
